Line trimming ensures that your entire yard has a clean consistent cut even the hard-to-reach areas that a mower may miss.

Edging creates clean, crisp lines between your lawn and adjacent driveways & walkways (occurs every other week).

✅ Priority Access to Enhancement Services  
Our recurring maintenance customers have priority access to services like mulch refresh, rock refresh, & other basic yard enhancement services. (quote available upon request)

❄️ Add-on Options: Winter Maintenance  
For over 30 years we’ve been providing winter maintenance for properties in Colorado’s cold winters. We provide snow plowing, de-icing, and sidewalk management.

✅ 3" Threshold  
The threshold indicates the total accumulation needed to activate our snow removal crews on your property.

✅ Coverage For All Storms  
All packages cover all storms with accumulation at or above the listed threshold from November to March.

✅ Discounted One-Off Rates  
Service for events outside of your coverage window (November–March) is available by request at a rate of $50 per event (includes a $15 discount off regular pricing).

✅ Prompt Service  
Services are guaranteed within 6 hours of snowfall ending or once per day during continuous snowfall.

✅ Full Coverage  
Includes snow removal and ice-melt application for driveway, front walkways, front entrance/patio, and sidewalks up to 2000 sq ft. total area (pricing for areas over 2000 sq. ft. available by request).
