All packages cover all storms with accumulation at or above the listed threshold from November to March.

Service for events outside of your coverage window (November–March) is available by request at a rate of $50 per event (includes a $15 discount off regular pricing).

Services are guaranteed within 6 hours of snowfall ending or once per day during continuous snowfall.
